About Kynaswol
Kynaswol was built through hard work, discipline, and a commitment to becoming stronger in every season of life. Rooted in my journey through training and motherhood, this brand stands for growth, resilience, and sacrifice. My mission is to inspire, learn, and empower other women and moms to step into their strength and own their path, because we all start somewhere, and every step forward matters.
But this journey hasn’t been mine alone. I’m deeply grateful for every person who has supported me, trusted me, and believed in me. You’ve become my village and biggest support system ever. Your encouragement, love, and trust have helped shape my journey into what it is today. I carry that with me in everything I build.
I started Kynaswol because I wanted people like me to feel seen. Men and women both who have spent years putting themselves last. The ones who have been told to take up less space, be quieter, be smaller. I wanted to create something that reminds them it's okay to be strong. It's okay to take up space. It's okay to chase goals that have nothing to do with anyone else's expectations.
I want others to walk into a room without apologizing for being there. To realize that strength isn't masculine or feminine, it's human. Iron doesn't care who you are. It doesn't care what season of life you're in.
I want to celebrate the people who choose discipline when motivation fades. The ones who keep showing up after setbacks, heartbreak, failure, and self doubt. The ones willing to become uncomfortable because they know growth lives on the other side of it.
I hope to leave behind courage.
I hope someone walks into a gym for the first time because I’ve inspired them.
I hope a mom remembers she's allowed to chase her own goals.
I hope someone discovers what their body is actually capable of.
My purpose isn't simply to inspire. It's to inspire and to be inspired.
"Iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”
Proverbs 27:17
This is more than a brand. It's a reflection of growth, community, love, and purpose.
Always lifting. Always leading. Always learning.
